Damaged, faulty or incorrect?

We’ll put it right with a free replacement or refund. Personalised items are covered too. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Changed your mind?

For non-personalised items, tell us within 14 days of delivery, then return them within a further 14 days. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty. Personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Need to cancel?

Orders go to print quickly. Email or call us as soon as possible. We can cancel before printing starts; after that, we may be unable to stop production.
