Use a clear original photo with their eyes, ears and markings in view. Photograph at their eye level in daylight. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and anything covering their face.
JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC · maximum 30 MB and 50 megapixels. At least 800 pixels on the shorter side. Use the standard photo setting on your phone; avoid full-resolution RAW exports.
