Before you join
What photographs are you looking for?
Real places you know: town centres, villages, landmarks, streets and landscapes. Upload clear original photographs at full size: prints are made at 150 dpi or better, so a photo needs about 2,500 pixels on its long edge for an A3 print, 3,500 for A2 and 5,000 for A1. They must be yours to license, not AI-generated scenes. Tell us about any location or photography restrictions.
Do I keep my copyright?
Yes. You grant a non-exclusive licence under the photographer agreement. You can keep selling and licensing your work elsewhere. Your public photographer page credits you; attribution is not added to the printed artwork.
Do I have to allow AI restyling?
No. Sell original photographic prints only, or enable AI-illustrated versions for individual photos in your dashboard. AI restyling is off by default for new uploads. You can change that choice later; existing orders are unaffected. You earn at the same commission rate for either route.
When and how am I paid?
The current agreement provides monthly payouts for cleared balances of £10 or more, with smaller balances carried forward. Commission is held for 30 days; refunded orders do not earn commission. Payments are handled through Wise, with bank details supplied to Wise rather than stored by us. See the agreement for full terms.
Can I remove a photograph?
You can request that a photograph is taken back. We stop offering new prints, normally within a few days; existing orders and replacements for those orders are unaffected.
Already joined or lost your dashboard link?
Use the private link you saved at sign-up. If you have lost it, email hello@herelooksgood.com from the address you registered with. Keep that link private—it grants access to your dashboard.
